Odesk.com – My Top Choice
While there are a few sites out there for hiring workers, Odesk has really come of age in the last few years. I like the ease of use as well as how they keep track of your workers productivity. If you are looking to test the waters without a commitment of salary, I would definitely say use Odesk.com.

Scriptlance.com
In the past I have used Scriptlance a lot. Before Odesk came about they used to be my favorite. They are still a very good site, but don’t offer some of the functionality that Odesk does.
One good thing about this site is that you can often find workers who are trying to get their ratings up so a job you would pay more for you wind up paying less because the worker wanting to build their profile.

Elance.com
Elance is the ‘mother’ of all freelance sites. Actually Elance.com made freelancing work popular. Since its inception though, Elance.com has become a lot more expensive to work from. You can still get good work done, but I would rather check with the less popular sites before committing to Elance.
However don’t sacrifice quality though and I’m sure you will find plenty of it at Elance.com
Rentacoder.com
Rentacoder hasn’t been used much by me (have to disclose that), but there are other marketers and business owners that give it a thumbs up. I have included it in this section for your perusal.
However the closest I got to using the site was only posting one project, but not hiring anyone. (I know…bummer)

Guru.com
Guru.com is not as popular, but you can sometimes find some good workers there. Also due to less popularity than Elance.com, you will also find better pricing for your outsource projects.

Online Jobs.ph
Online Jobs is a place for you to hire Filipino workers. I actually found an employee by using this site. However you might have to go through quite a few people before finding the worker that you like.
It’s just part of the process though.
